"One of the most challenging projects I have been part of was the restoration of Lourdes Hall on the Winona State University Campus. The project consisted of reroofing barrel clay tile, replacement of copper gutters, downspouts and other decorative custom work. Prior to the start of the construction, a major scaffolding system was required. Safety for both construction workers and students who occupied the building was a major concern.
