401K Retirement Investment: Regular deductions can be made to go directly to your 401K retirement fund. Ledegar Roofing will match 3% of each employee's contributions.
$15,000 Life Insurance: This benefit is free to Ledegar Roofing employees after 2,000 hours of work.
Long Term Disability: Protection for your family if a long term disability should occur. This benefit is free to employees after 2,000 hours of work.
Accident Insurance: Affordable supplement that provides cash payouts for a variety of occurrences. Individual or family coverage.
Cancer Insurance: Daily living expenses not covered by health insurance can be paid for with the cash benefits paid out by Cancer Insurance. Individual or family coverage.
Critical Illness Insurance: Benefits, including reoccurrence benefits, paid directly to you to supplement your existing medical benefits. Coverage is affordable and is available for individuals and/or families.
Dental Insurance: Includes two free cleanings per year.
Vision Care Insurance: Provides for frames, lenses and contact lenses.
EAP: Employee Assistance Program is a free and confidential service from Gundersen Health System and sponsored by Ledegar Roofing. It is available 24/7 and can be of assistance in a variety of areas including those that are personal, work-related, health or mental issues.
