Learn the differences
There is a difference between the “cheapest bid” and a professional lifetime system. From the inspection to tear-off to the installation, the contractor you choose will determine when you will need a new roof again.
Inspection and tear off
A Ledegar inspection and bid includes much more than just the price for shingles. All factors that contribute to the life of your new roof are taken into consideration. Ventilation and insulation will be part of your Ledegar roofing system to insure the longest roof life possible. Your Ledegar roof will also always start with a complete tear off to be able to inspect and replace any rotted decking. Some contractors will go over existing to offer a “cheaper” price but then there is no way to find and repair deficiencies beneath the shingles.
Underneath any Ledegar roof you will receive superior protection starting with GAF’s Deck Armor® and Storm Guard® ice and water shield. There are many differences in what is offered by contractors. Let one of our project managers show you the differences and explain why it matters.
More than appearance, the contrast between “home improvement store” grade shingles and those available to Master Elite contractors is in the durability and life of the shingles. Ledegar Roofing offers GAF’s premium shingle series. When you meet with one of our project managers for your free estimate you will be able to see the clear differences and benefits when choosing the best material and installers.
